
The EEB Analytics System is a state-of-the-art Online Analytical Processing (OLAP) quantitative human capital risk diagnostics tool that brings theory to practice. It is based on research conducted by the WorkWell research Unit, North-West University and Afriforte since 1998 in collaboration with international researchers mostly from EU Countries. It is theoretically sound (based on the Job demands-resources theoretical framework), valid and reliable for higher education levels (assessment is supported by psychometric properties), is culturally-sensitive and supported by norms which took 20 years to develop.
