A 15-minute digital assessment, the Employee Effectiveness Benchmark Survey (EEB) is a standardised, culturally sensitive, and norm-based tool that gives you individual, personalised reports for each staff member, highlighting key insights and areas of focus, as well as providing detailed reports for management, including trends, findings, and actionable feedback.
Developed and consistently improved by North West University’s Afriforte Unit, whose key objective is to convert human capital data to metrics that matter for business, the EEB answers a key question for your company: “Does our staff complement have the psychological performance energy and motivation to act on our strategic objectives and provide our business with a competitive edge?”
